Our Executive Team

Bill is directly responsible for overall program development, underwriting oversight and carrier relationships at Manchester Specialty. He has been involved in the home health care and medical staffing industry and specialty insurance programs area for more than 30 years. As a long-time principal of a large national insurance programs firm, Bill actively established national programs generating over $200 million in premium volume. He has developed excellent and long-standing relationships working with carriers, brokers, prospects and associations. Bill graduated from the University of Vermont in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the School of Business Administration. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) and the Society of CIC.

Lynn is responsible for marketing, program development and carrier relations for Manchester Specialty. She has been involved in the agency, carrier and specialty programs sectors of the insurance marketplace for over 30 years. Her background includes expertise in program research and development, target account and association marketing, and national insurance program operations. She holds the Certified Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation. Lynn graduated from Bryant College in 1986 with a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing, and also obtained her MBA from Northeastern University in 2019.
